WIE CHAMPIONS

At Women's InterCultural Exchange, we believe in empowering women, but men play an integral part to our success. WIE Champions support the mission of WIE and want to extend the community dialogue among men in Charlotte. Together, they examine and discuss racial fears embedded in work interactions, education, and public policy and how those fears erode cross-cultural trust.

WIE Champions, our male community, work as allies to offer a safe and supportive space for women to develop leadership skills, build confidence, and learn about different cultures. The WIE Champions engage in mentorship, workshops, and community events to help women thrive. Join us and be a part of a community that celebrates diversity and fosters cross-cultural awareness.
